Chapter 6: Fluid Statics

Fluid statics is the part of fluid mechanics that deals with fluids when there is no relative motion between the fluid particles. This chapter will show how to calculate the pressure field in fluids at rest and how to calculate the interaction forces between the fluid and submerged surfaces.
